About Us

Jim's Legal Process has experience serving papers since 1995 when it was founded in Colorado. We brought our experience and fast service to Texas in 2004. We are now affiliated with Texas Process Servers Association and the National Association of Process Servers.

We strive for professionalism in all of our serves. We communicate with our clients every step of the way. You will know when your papers have been served, how many attempts, and how your proof of service is being returned. Call us if you have any questions at all.

Services

We show the same attention to detail with all of the services we provide and for every client, nationwide.

Process Service: Efficient and affordable service of subpoenas, writs, divorce papers, summons and complaints, notices, and other legal documents you might need served throughout Gillespie County and the entire state of Texas.

Court Filings: Particularly useful for clients who need to have documents filed from another state, we can file local and state proof of service and other case documents.

Document Retrieval: Research and retrieval of local, state, and federal documents electronically and in paper copy as necessary for litigation or other aspects of your case.

Texas Process Serving

Not all process servers are the same. As a member of the Texas Process Servers Association and the National Association for Professional Process Servers, we have sworn to follow a code of ethics that includes, but is not exclusive to the following:

• Keeping up with all current laws and rules
• Safeguard the preservation of all documents
• Never use profanity, vulgarity, or violence in service
• Report unethical/illegal behavior conducted by other process servers
• Never attempt to decide merits of the lawsuit
• Respect other process servers
